Cows are almost in prime condition.  We are butchering end of August, Sept, and on. 

Reserve your spot for 1/4, 1/2 or whole.  I will post your choice of butcher/processor/packaging we work with and their info.

New Processor We Will Be Working With

Met with the “Bearded Meat Brothers” this morning. We are lookin forward to begin working with them with processing and packaging our beef. We will also be working with Byron Center Meats but with our increase in cattle we need the added support. Great guys out of Parchment area. More info to come. 🙂

About 10 years ago, or more, I was looking for a local source for quality beef for my family. Since I was new to the Allegan area I asked for recommendations from friends, neighbors and church acquaintances.

The name that came up, over and over, was Tim Cassidy. My first order was for a 1/4 of a cow and over the years my needs have ebbed and flowed as my family’s needs have changed.

The one thing that has not changed has been the quality of the beef, my relationship with the Cassidy’s and the personal service offered by both Tim and his wife Lisa. Thankfully, they partner with Byron Center Meats who do all the butchering and packaging. That was a big plus for me, especially as a “newbie” purchasing my first “freezer beef”. At the time, I did not have a clue what a “cutting order” was and the helpful staff at Byron Center Meats walked me through the process.

My wife, family and friends all marvel at the consistently good quality and taste of the Cassidy beef, ranging from hamburgers, steaks to roasts.

Over the years I have wholeheartedly recommended Tim and Lisa’s beef to friends and family!
