Butchering Time Is Close Upon Us

Many of our loyal and new customers started reserving their butchering slots in the Spring. Please contact me if you would like beef. We begin butchering in October. We will be butchering a total of 30 cows thru February 2026.

We have increased our prices. If you purchase a whole cow it will cost $4.25lb, 1/2 cow is $4.35lb, 1/4 cow is $4.50lb.

Butchering Time

Cows are almost in prime condition.  We are butchering end of August, Sept, and on. 

Reserve your spot for 1/4, 1/2 or whole.  I will post your choice of butcher/processor/packaging we work with and their info.
