We apologize for any confusion. Our hosting site for this web page was not saving edited pricing info. Looks like it is working now. 🙂 If you had contacted me back last Fall, Spring or Summer the price I gave you stands.
We have increased our prices. If you purchase a whole cow it will cost $4.25lb, 1/2 cow is $4.35lb, 1/4 cow is $4.50lb.

Butchering Time Is Close Upon Us
Many of our loyal and new customers started reserving their butchering slots in the Spring. Please contact me if you would like beef. We begin butchering in October. We will be butchering a total of 30 cows thru February 2026.
We have increased our prices. If you purchase a whole cow it will cost $4.25lb, 1/2 cow is $4.35lb, 1/4 cow is $4.50lb.
